ADC 2022

The first annual ADC was a great success! The workshops on blending and microflora were fun and informative. The seminars were a great collaboration of experts covering some of the biggest questions in our industry. It was also a great opportunity to network and meet other Canadian distillers. I'd highly recommend that anyone in the Canadian distilling industry consider attending this conference.

For the first conference ever in Canada, it was amazingly well done. Just based on the barrel management, whisky blending workshop, and retail panel, we expect a 10x value on our cost to attend (at least) by what we would have learned the hard way if we had not attended, and being more effective in the retail market. When you compare to the costs of attending similar event in the US, there's incredible value for your dollar. We will most definitely attend next year!
