3rd annual adc conference & trade show

Since 2022, Artisan Distillers Canada (ADC)—a member-based organization founded in 2019 to celebrate and promote Canadian artisan distilleries and their products—has hosted an annual, two-day learning and networking event.
The ADC Conference & Trade Show supports ADC’s goals:
Build consumer awareness of local spirits and producers through events and awards competitions;
Provide education on best practices in the science and business of distilling through courses, conferences, and trade events; and
Foster community for the industry in Canada.
ADC 2025 will be held at Mount Royal University main campus in Calgary, Alberta. Tickets go on sale in December.
2nd annual canada whisky symposium

In 2023, we launched Canada Whisky Symposium (CWS), a one-day event where the focus is the techniques, challenges, and successes that leading whisky-makers have experienced when building unique whisky programs.
Our 2nd Symposium will bring in whisky makers from across North America (and beyond) to share their experiences and interact with distillers. Instead of detailed technical presentations, the Symposium will focus on practical lessons in building world-class whisky programs, with:
Speakers representing various styles of whisky from around the world
Participation from whisky producers and distilleries of all sizes
