nwPURE is a producer of neutral grain spirits for the beverage alcohol industry. Their NGS is triple-distilled with state of the art distillation techniques, and passes through 9 columns of distillation to remove impurities and make it neutral. It is distilled and rectified in various stages followed by polishing through the final distillation column which has copper internals to remove any residual sulphur impurities and ensure a high level of purity. All of their product and processes go through strict QA/QC to evaluate the product quality. Their product is non-GMO and kosher certified and can be used in a variety of beverage applications, including vodka, gin and blended whisky.

At Driftwood Spirits, he's focused on Canadian Single Malt and recently released two distinct gins.
