Dietary Restrictions Form

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc). We’ll relay this to the venue and contact you if there are any issues.

NOTE!

As of February 18 we have had to communicate dietary restrictions to the catering staff at Mount Royal (for Tuesday and Wednesday daytime events). We cannot guarantee we can accommodate any dietary restrictions going forward for these conferences, but will do our best.The cutoff for the dinner is Friday, February 21.
