Prospero Equipment offers commercial Column and Pot stills to the North American market. Made and manufactured in Italy the Stills are extremely robust and high quality producing a very high quality end product. The Barison Industry stills that we offer are made to provide a fully automated system for the management of the distillation process, equipped with dedicated software for checking the alcohol content, temperature and working pressure.

nwPURE is a producer of neutral grain spirits for the beverage alcohol industry. Our NGS is triple distilled with our state of the art distillation techniques and passes through 9 columns of distillation to remove impurities and make it neutral. It is distilled and rectified in various stages followed by polishing through the final distillation column which has copper internals to remove any residual sulphur impurities and ensure a high level of purity. All our product and processes go through a strict QA/QC to evaluate the product quality. Our product is non-GMO and kosher certified and can be used in a variety of beverage applications including vodka, gin and blended whisky.

Since 1984, Specific Mechanical Systems has handcrafted brewing and distilling systems for the craft beer and spirits industries, in addition to supplying various industries with complex processing equipment. Originally a two-person company, we now employ a team of over 85 people.

In the short time since our inception, Vinequity has disbursed over $45,000 in scholarship dollars as well as provided more than 25 direct mentorship opportunities to successful BIPOC candidates across Canada. As of 2022, Vinequity has begun to expand our programming and resources to help BIPOC pursuing careers in the spirits, beer and RTD categories as well.
